Longtime island residents Skip and Andrea King welcome you to “Villa Nathalie”, their private Caribbean hideaway. With over 40 years combined island residency they will be able to advise you on all aspects of your St. Thomas holiday, from airline travel, car rental, boating and other recreational activities to the finest St. Thomas and St. John restaurants and nightlife, and great input on “where the locals go”.

About

Andrea and Skip are full-time yacht brokers and own and operate Island Yacht Charters in St. Thomas, USVI. They have been offering unique sailing vacations and villa stays for over three decades.


Sweetheart Cottage is remote and peaceful, yet close to many services and attractions. This unique property caters to the discerning guest and is the perfect getaway for your intimate wedding or special event.


We are the last home at the end of a private drive which allows for a great deal of privacy and makes “Villa Nathalie” the perfect Caribbean retreat. Villa Nathalie is a non-smoking property.

"We had a great stay at this property with our immediate family and our two small children. Andrea the homeowner is extremely accommodating and very prompt in her replies. The property is gorgeous, they have really done an amazing job maintaining the historic nature of the property with all modern upgrades you would require. The pond and the garage were perfect to keep our children entertained for hours. Further, the fire pit, hot tub and swimming/kayaking amenities are really nice additions, which we all enjoyed thoroughly. I would highly recommend this property to get away and relax."

"Our two families enjoyed our stay at the Cottage enormously -- it was exactly as photographed, if not even cuter. Beautifully decorated interior with a very modern kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. We swam, kayaked, played pool and ping-pong, hot-tubbed, and made 'smores in the fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the towels plentiful, and the quiet was amazing; I miss hearing the pond water lapping on the little beach. I would highly recommend this property for a get-away to a peaceful, secluded, and charming house!"
